Good Bye
Today the Stewarts, our friends from Panache, came back to Grenada. Just in time
for the boys to go wakeboarding again, for us to exchange the latest news, and
of course to enjoy the Happy Hour for Rum Punches together before we will be
heading back home tomorrow.
Those last weeks on the boat were so extraordinary for us, for us as a family.
We all functioned, even when it got loud on board with two teens! But
there were so many countless moments, that we spent as a family - moments that
we have not experienced at home in that way, where everybody is engaged in TV,
Internet, Phone, school and work. This time certainly enriched us as a family.
We are all sad to leave, to give up the cruising life style for a while.
The cruising community is very special, we had the pleasure to get to know so
many incredible nice people, everybody is helpful, open and approachable, and in
no time we found new friends which did not happen to us in such a way back home
in Florida.
I will post some more new pictures, but this will be the last blog entry for a
while, as we will not be back to Grenada until end of October to continue our
journey.
So long :((
